BOLSAPP is a mobile application developed and operated by the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (Mexican Stock Exchange) to promote financial literacy and stock market education in Mexico. The platform serves as a free, digital tool that provides users with comprehensive information about the Mexican capital markets, including stocks, FIBRAs (real estate investment trusts), and ETFs listed on the BMV. The application features four main sections: Issuers, which allows users to track favorite stocks, view performance charts, and access financial indicators; Brokerage Houses, which provides information about brokerage firms operating in Mexico and their onboarding requirements; Investment Funds, where users can explore, compare, and bookmark investment funds listed on the BMV according to their investor profile; and BMV Digital, which offers educational content including blogs, podcasts, and publications focused on financial education and stock market culture. The platform is designed to serve both novice and experienced investors, providing real-time market data and helping users prepare to become active participants in the Mexican securities market. The application is available for free download on both iOS and Android platforms and operates from the BMV headquarters at Paseo de la Reforma 255 in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City. BOLSAPP positions itself as the digital channel of the Mexican Stock Exchange, aiming to democratize access to capital markets information and facilitate financial inclusion by making investment knowledge accessible to all Mexicans at no cost.
