• Legal Structuring: Design and structuring of bespoke financial and legal transactions, including private credit and private equity funds, SPVs, and other tailored vehicles.
• Investment Platforms: Creation and operation of efficient vehicles for financing operations, enabling scalable deployment of debt and equity capital into Mexican assets and companies.
