The platform incorporates gamification elements through its Challenge Caribu feature, allowing drivers to compete individually or in groups via ranking boards, earning CARIPUNTOS for meeting goals. Accumulated points can be redeemed for discounts at Amazon Mexico and Uber Eats Mexico. MyCaribu is a member of Asociación Insurtech México, the organization promoting technology application in Mexico's insurance industry. The company's stated mission focuses on reducing Mexico's daily road accidents, which exceed 1,000 per day, by promoting road safety awareness and creating safer drivers through technology-enabled behavioral change and rewards-based incentives.
