Inverteca, operating under the legal name Grupo Quindalo, is a real estate crowdfunding platform based in Monterrey, Nuevo León. The company became the first real estate crowdfunding platform in northern Mexico to receive official authorization from the Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (CNBV) and Banco de México to operate as an Institución de Financiamiento Colectivo (IFC) under Mexico's Fintech Law, with authorization granted in 2025 after a multi-year regulatory compliance process. Founded and led by CEO Daniel Quintanilla Martínez, Inverteca's mission is to democratize real estate investment in Mexico by allowing individual investors to participate in income-generating and value-appreciating property projects with minimum investments starting at 20,000 pesos, making opportunities previously limited to institutional investors accessible to retail participants.
