Icasas is a digital real estate portal operating in Mexico that aggregates property listings for sale and rent across the country. The platform serves as an online marketplace connecting property seekers, real estate agents, developers, and property owners through its website and mobile application. Icasas enables users to search and filter thousands of residential and commercial properties including houses, apartments, condominiums, land parcels, commercial premises, and warehouses based on location, price range, and property type. The company was originally part of the Real Estate Sites in Emerging Markets (RESEM Group), which was founded in Spain in 1995 and expanded to multiple Latin American countries. Through its platform, real estate professionals can publish listings, manage their inventory through a private area, and maintain branded profile pages with direct links to their websites. As of 2019, Icasas became part of LIFULL Connect, a Barcelona-based global digital marketplaces group, following the Japanese company LIFULL's acquisition of RESEM Group. LIFULL Connect subsequently integrated Icasas into a broader ecosystem that includes aggregator sites Trovit, Mitula, Nestoria, and Nuroa, as well as other regional portals. In 2023, LIFULL Connect launched Proppit by Lamudi in Mexico, a marketing platform that consolidated Lamudi Mexico, Icasas Mexico, and the various aggregator brands, collectively reaching over 9 million monthly visits and representing approximately 40% of real estate traffic in the Mexican market. The platform targets both individual property seekers looking to buy or rent homes and real estate professionals seeking to advertise properties and connect with potential clients across Mexico's diverse property markets.
