Founded in 2019 by Paco and Carlos, who leveraged their experience in global consulting and digital platform development, the company launched its first minimum viable product and processed its first client payroll in April 2021 for an enterprise managing over 8,000 employees monthly. Nominativa is designed to support companies of all sizes across various industries in Mexico, handling complex payment schemes and challenging organizational structures while ensuring automatic compliance with Mexican fiscal and labor regulations including updates from SAT, IMSS, and STPS authorities. The platform integrates with Mexican banks through H2H connections for automated payroll disbursement and fraud prevention, and has exposed APIs that connect with social security institutions, banks, and other fintechs in the Mexican market. As of 2024, Nominativa manages over 100,000 employees monthly, processes more than 5 billion pesos annually, and serves over 700 client companies. The company has partnered with Disrupting to strengthen its value proposition and expand operations into other Latin American markets. Nominativa positions itself as a flexible, powerful, and secure fintech tools provider that enables HR and administrative professionals to focus on strategic initiatives and employee wellbeing rather than routine compliance and administrative tasks.
